So I saw Sam Roberts last night, pretty much the best thing that’s ever happened. He’s literally been my favourite artist since I was nine years old. And he’s better live than redorded, which is rare in bands these days. Seriously, feel free to sing to me every day.

I love taking photos. I love how you can take something so mundane, and turn it into this complex thing that you don’t fully understand. As I look at these photos i realize how much us humans and these pictures are alike. You can notice someone for the clothes they wear, or how the do their hair, but underneath all of that is this convoluted, gnarled, and puzzling mess of thoughts and feelings and wants that barely anyone gets to see. And what a shame that is.
